Why Salvatorians?

  • Because of the broadness of the Salvatorian charism.
    Fr Sergio López SDS Colombia
  • Because our Founder believed that all baptised are called o be apostles together: men, women, religious and lay alike, not just ordained.
    Fr Joe Rodrigues SDS USA
  • Because I desired to go for mission and help the Church in other parts of the world.
Fr Adam Januś SDS EAMV / Poland
  • I became a Salvatorian in order to be saved by Jesus and to serve others so that they too may be saved through the spirituality of the Founder.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament

If you have reached this section, it means that deep in your heart there are some questions bothering you in regards to your future and you don’t know which direction to carry your life. The best way to find the answers is to present them personally, face-to-face so to speak, to Jesus.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament could provide you with the best opportunity to do so. To be in the same room with the True Presence of our Lord and be humbled by His love and grace is an indescribable feeling.

It is not an easy form of prayer but rather challenging because it requires stillness and silence. In the world of audio-visual social media, when so many messages are bombarding your senses, to be silent requires a lot of you. But if you really looking for answers from Jesus do not be afraid to be challenged.

There are many different pre-written prayers for Eucharistic Adoration which you can use at the beginning of your conversation with Jesus to formulate your questions but the most important part of this prayer is listening to God, being still in his presence and letting him speak to you.

Do not be discouraged by lack of physical, verbal response – God can speak without words, just allow Him to reach your heart.

Have a wonderful conversation with Jesus!
